We are HamakerLove! BJ, Clair, Jane, Denny and Baby Alice.:) We have been on the journey to natural healthy living for the last few years and have decided to start a blog chronicling our hits and misses with it.:) We thought that by leaving our blog open to comment it would help keep us more committed to our goals (because the comments would keep us accountable:). Our Ultimate Goals for Natural and Healthy Living
*We want to eat a diet that is 80% whole foods.
*We want to learn how to grow a lot more of our own produce.
*Through better nutrition and newly sought knowledge we hope to boost our family's immunity to illness.
*We want to strive to be more responsible for the impact we make on this beautiful earth. We believe that in the beginning of this world God gave this Earth into Adam and Eve's stewardship, and that as their progeny we also share that responsibility as much as we are able.

Boil a pot of water. Take off the oven, add crushed rosemary and thyme and breathe in through the nose and mouth. You can put a towel over it and your head, just be careful of burning your skin as the water is VERY hot.:)
I have used this MANY times, especially when I have been pregnant and decongestants are a no no. Working with your body to expel the mucus is way safer than suppressing it.
